Slide Out Awnings - Any Special Cleaner?

This weekend's plans include washing the 5th wheel.

When I was on top cleaning the A/C shrouds yesterday, I started wondering if there is any special cleaner or conditioner anyone recommends for cleaning the awnings and keeping them from drying and cracking.

Any recommendations?

    Mr. Clean Erasure!!! Use the original or generic. Scrub from a ladder and rinse. Scrub again.

    WIll be like new!!!

    What ever you use on your regular awning. I like Dawn dish detergent and bleach, brush it on and rinse then brush on some more if needed and roll up and let sit a few minutes then unroll and brush on some more and rinse. :)
