Slide out not flush to wall on bottom

Question

I recently purchased a 2017 Wolf Pack 315 Pack 12 5th wheel toy Hauler. Like anything used there will issues to be resolved. I know this going in. So my first item of concern is the slide out. Its 12' long and house's a Sofa and Dinette. I have multiple issues with it. When extending, it makes a loud squealing noise. I got under it and lubed the racks and sliders with silicone spray that helped some however the squeal is still there. Next issue is when closed the left side (looking from outside) is tight against the seal top down and the right side top is tight and the bottom sticks out about 3/4". Next issue is when fully open the top of slide is tight against the wall and the bottom on both sides has a 5/8" gap. The slide has a slight droop because of it. Looking at the Lippert thru frame rack system it appears to have been adjusted. The left side levelling bracket is adjusted 3/4" lower than the right side. Its supposed to raise the slide on that end. This added additional leverage to the mount bracket and caused it to bend out some. Having never messed with a slide out before I am not sure what direction to go, please help. Also the slide out tend to move in an arc when opening and closing. is this normal. BTW it is not the flush floor style. Thanks in advance.

Forgot to add that when slide out is fully extended or retracted it makes a loud ratcheting noise. Is this normal?

Ratcheting noise at end of travel is normal although if adjusted right, they may not do it when retracting fully.

Gaps are probably and adjusment thing. I would make the sides equal and then make minor adjustments unitl everything is fairly even. Then adjust so the slide retracts a little more. Play with the adjustments to get it right. It really isn't all that complicated and it would be hard to damage anything. I've played with them quite a bit - even on my new trailer. I got it to work better than the factory with just a little experimentation.

Sqealing - Mine did the same thing really bad. Dealer said they all do it and nothing can be done. Pure baloney! I had my wife run the slide in and out while I looked and felt the parts under the RV. The noise is caused by the rubber rollers which are mounted on the smooth section of a simple bolt. The bolt acts as an axle and rubber against metal is going to squeak!

You can see the 2 rubber wheels behind the small gear. Use a jack and some wood to take the weight of the slide off the wheels and remove the bolt/axle. Lube it with some silcone based grease and put it back together. Plumbers grease is the same thing.
Mine was dead quiet after lubing.

Ok so your talking about the bell stop on the end of the screw drive. I looked at that and the shaft is all the way to the end of bracket with a nut on each side. Does not appear to be able to adjust out any father. According to the manual there are two bolts on top of each slider that allows some in/out adjustment. If I adjust those I will need to back the stop bell off to allow the slide to close farther, correct? Thanks for the tip on the rubber wheels. Gota fix that as it is really annoying.
