Schwintek is a Lippert product. It can be problematic on large slideouts. My sister-in-law had her slide stuck doing the same thing...we had to follow the instructions in the manual and disengage the motors to get it back in. The dealer said the motors were "out of sync" and now it works but for how long. An interesting point....hers is a 2015 Aerolite....at the Hershey show her floorplan in a 2016 as well as all the others no longer use Schwintek but switched over to the BAL cable slide system. I wonder why????
