Same here. - PauljdavExplorerIn when I know I am not going to be using it for a while. Out usually from mid feb through October so I do not have to keep taking the slide in and out.
I also often store extra beer in the fridge so I need to be accessing the kitchen a couple times a week.
Paul - silvercorvetteExplorerIn. It makes it more difficult for unwanted critters to get in.
- stro1965ExplorerIn for extended storage (like over the winter), but oftentimes they are left out as it sits beside the house between uses.
- Splashers3ExplorerAlways in during storage, unless we are working inside, then we'll open it for a few hours.
- empty_nestExplorerAlways "in" during storage.
- GearitisExplorerIn, but as most slide manuals say, every few weeks it needs be extended and retracted to exercise the seals. No different than leaving it extended for a period of time. You need to retract and extend every so often.
- Road_RunnersExplorerIn is probably best, but out is OK too if you need it out for some reason. I have left mine out for extended period of time. It is your choice.
