having the same issue with ours. We have challenged the dealer, who installed them to make contact with the manufacture and check the type of topper to insure they are the right ones. they say they are but the problem is that the installation is that the topper when extended makes the most outer edge higher than the edge next to the coach. This created the water to puddle in the center of the topper. I am challenging them to re install them a bit lower so the water sheds. My other trailer had positive drainage at all times. I have a concern with snow, and rain that ends up freezing on them. So hopefully within the next week, we will see what an outcome can be! Good Luck & Be Safe ! ! !
