Do a Goggle search for "slide topper fabric replacement". Many good videos as well as written instructions. I would think you could follow the instructions up to the point of using new fabric, just replace your old and before you re-install, turn/tighten the tube 1 or 2 more turns to achieve more tension. This is a 2 person task.
