slideout beam repair

The last few inches were where we had to jack it up a half inch to clear the stopper. No rollers on this just a skid pad at end of carpet. I did not touch carpet.

Thanks for the insight. Mine has three rollers in the floor under the slide, and can be moved pretty easily by hand but if you push it the cable gets to much slake and jumps out of the worm gear. I had a lovely afternoon rolling around in the weeds to repair my "field expedient" for getting the slide to come in quickly :(

We like ours too but it is starting to show its age. We mostly use it as a summer cabin now, I have gutted the slide and bedroom and added non-RV tables, chairs, and beds.
