harold1946... ever heard of greasing palms??? :) - michael8rcExplorerPenguins slide, why not seals??
- flyingfarmerExplorerbaby powder--very small amount
- Alley_FoxExplorerMost rubber conditioner is made mainly from glycerin so that's what I use. I've found that I don't want to use too much or the seal won't get any "traction" and won't flip out when the slide is going out. Glycerin has been used by classic car enthusiasts for years, so it has a good track record.
- amxpressExplorerI use this stuff and it works well. In fact, it's on sale at CW:

Do not use any petroleum based product on the rubber seals. - Us_out_WestExplorerWe have used Protect All for all our rubber on the slides...best out there IMHO.
We also use their dry lube for the slide mechanisms. - Paul_ClancyExplorerDitto protect all slide seal products or 303
- bob213ExplorerI agree with downtheroad and Paul Clancy. 303 protectant.
