While the Reese picture frame adapter is rated to 20K, I only got it because I already had a rail hitch from my previous truck. If I were buying a hitch, I would get one of those mentioned with the puck legs. No sense in make something simple more complicated. Had I known about the $800 Curt Q20, I would not have bought the $330 adapter.
