I stayed away from the Reese Picture Frame do to the long puck latch arms. Hitch has to be removed from picture frame to get the frame out of the bed. I was able to pick the whole RVK3270 and Hijacker frame as a single unit with my electric hoist. In this picture I was still waiting to the latch hardware.
In this picture you can see the Hijacker latch setup. I bent the slider release arm also to clear the front box.

Here is the finished box with a 4.5" high divider installed to keep thing(tools etc) in place on the upper level.
Complete Hitch on cart pushed away for storage.
