Slides stored in or out?

I'm slide in/out agnostic...I have access to everything with the slides in, but I putter around in it quite a bit, so I run them out and leave them till I am done. I ran them out last week and they are still out (actually, just the main slide - the bedroom is still in). Not too worried about seals, etc., as they are built for the job...

Oh - it is 28° degrees and snowing here at the moment!
