If I didn't have the one already, second on this list of suggestions is the Used 2010 NuWa HitchHiker LS 29 5 FKTG Fifth Wheels. That a nice floor plan.

I'm absolutely sold on the rear double slides which expands the living room. I haven't seen a bad one yet. Gotta love all those windows!
