heading to Myrtle beach from southern Ont. any tips as to route and or places to stay on the way and at destination?

If you go through Ashville I strongly suggest Mamma Gerties Campground. The view from the sites at the top are awesome. We could sit and look out our back window of the rig and see the mountains and campground below. Strongly suggest visiting the Biltmore Estate in Ashville. It may be decorated for Christmas- not sure. Self guided walking tour through the mansion took me 4 hours. Expensive but worth every penny. Enjoy the beach.
