We were in the Custer area last week at Custer's Gulch Campground. We got there on Sept. 19th. Got to go trout fishing in Custer Park at Center Lake. Fishing was great. Stayed through the week end for the Buffalo Roundup, very impressive.
Heard the storm was coming through so we left two days before the storm hit the area otherwise we would have gotten snowed in. Happy to be back home now in WI.
That was our first trip into the Black Hills, beautiful country.
