We had left out Custer friends and departed Rapid on 9/23 then spent til 10/1 in Billings. Decided to continue west and how lucky for us as here in Missoula no snow once in awhile some of just get lucky. Have to call our Custer friends tomorrow to see how they fared.
I do remember huge storms like this as a child in PA but sure glad we have "wheels" so that we can hook up and head out in cases like this.
