X2 on what Coach-man said. Open up all your vent covers and you may find that the transition from duct to ceiling is not well taped. Get some foil HVAC tape and go to town sealing everything. Also, drop the cover on your main AC units and make sure that the "hot side" and "cold side" have proper airtight seal between them. If you can feel air bleeding over from one side to the other, you'll lose a lot of efficiency. Also check where the cold air goes from the main unit into the ducting in your ceiling. It may also need some serious taping. In my coach, half a roll of foil tape made a HUGE difference in airflow and cooling.
