Well looks like all is progressing smoothly with this deal. Cashier check should be here tomorrow (they paid the $1000 deposit and that check cleared). Really nice couple from Wisconsin getting ready to retire and travel (currently freezing their behinds off).
They have a delivery driver scheduled to pick up the trailer next Saturday and take it to them in WI. Just finished blowing the lines and filling them with RV antifreeze. Do I just pour some down the drains to fill the traps? Or should I pull the traps and drain them?
