Solid counters
Looking at a Jayco that has an option for solid kitchen counter tops. My question is, is it worth the $1,000+ cost and the small weight penalty? I can think of other options I'd rather have for that...

I will say that the laminated ones with particle board underneath have a tendency to take water and swell up, at least the ones in my last two units did.
