Solid counters
Looking at a Jayco that has an option for solid kitchen counter tops. My question is, is it worth the $1,000+ cost and the small weight penalty? I can think of other options I'd rather have for that...

Forget the Corian/Solid Surface products. If you want a surface that will hold up to almost anything Quartz is the way to go. So far at almost 1 year of full timing in our 16 MS our tops still look new.
