Solid counters
Looking at a Jayco that has an option for solid kitchen counter tops. My question is, is it worth the $1,000+ cost and the small weight penalty? I can think of other options I'd rather have for that...

Plus a new ford super duty with 1000 ft lbs of torque should help with the mountains in case the wife goes on a shopping spree. that would be step #4.
