Someone help please...Progressive Industries EMS-HW50C

I posted on here recently that our electrical system was zapped while we were in a state park. The electric company was replacing ground wires and accidently removed the neutral wire when they pulled...

Same here - ours is hard-wired and twice in campgrounds, it's detected low voltage or faulty and protected our unit.
