This guy passed us in a 75 MPH zone and we were doing about 4 over. This was about 5 miles further down the interstate. The end result

Arizona really needs to reduce their speed limits to 65. Too many people doing 85-95.
They need to do like in Pennsylvania. Set speed limit at 55mph that slows most down to 65 or 70mph.
