"Driving a vehicle loaded above its GVWR creates a potential safety hazard because the vehicle’s frame, suspension, brakes and tires are not designed for weights above the rating the manufacturer has set."
How would they handle my truck loaded to it's RAWR and ZERO weight added to my front axle causing me to weigh 15k when my GVWR is 14k?
"**The gross weight of any vehicle or combination of vehicles shall be the sum of the individual gross axle weights of all the axles of the vehicle or combination of vehicles.**"
I would assume they would do as mentioned above and what "I" DO as in carry proper tonnage. My RAWR 9,750# FAWR 6,000# = 15,750# my scale weight loaded is around 15,400#. I am under my GCVWR.
