As they say "with so much riding on them" I would stick with the GY G. IMHO tires are not something to go cheap on!
Let look again at his rig. It has three axles and he stated 19,000 lbs. If you figure 20 percent pin weight that is 3800 pounds and 15200 on the axles. Six LRE 16" tires are good for 18252. Or about 500 pounds under per tire in this case. The Michelin XPS Rib and Bridgestone Duravis R250 or M895 have had a lot less complaints when used within their load capacity than the G614.
If it was mine I would install R250's or M895's if he wants a tire with a little more aggressive tread. Both are steel carcass offerings, and will run 24/7/365 at their full rating without an issue. The Bridgestones are about 50 dollar less per tire than the Rib and out weigh them by a couple pounds. What does the placard on this trailer list as GAWR????? Does it have three 6K or 7K axles?

He has to just watch that birds do not poop on his plan!
I ran 4 Ribs at 500 pounds under their rating for 6.5 years and sold them for 200 bucks on CL with about 65 percent tread left after 40K+ miles. Three were 7.5 years from manufacture and one 8.5 years. The old one was stating to get micro cracks.
I am now running R250's for the last year and a half.
