When going from lets say a E to a G tire and the E was aired to 80 psi but you want a stronger tire the G would be the next one to go to, You will still run 80-85 on the G if that is what the load dictates per the inflation chart. Running 110# on the G will give you less traction and wear the center of the tires out. Running the G at 80-85 will not cause excessive heat if the load says to run 80-85.
