Cranking the jacks will not stop the wiggle. Every jack out there allows a ton of wiggle. The long arm C type jacks wiggle in just one plane and scissor jacks (most common) wiggle in all directions. They need to be stabilized with a type of arm, and there are a few brands out there for this.
The cheapest and most economical are the Bal Locking Arms. I've used these on my last two TT's with great success.
