Unsupported, the corner of the RV can move
- up & down
- sided to side
- fore and aft
By itself, the scissor jack style stops the up and down. Particularly if the legs are long, the front legs only stop the up and down.
Once they are firmly in contact putting more weight on them won't change the up & down you feel.
This is where the arms that resist side to side and fore and aft really help. A pin tripod works similarly.
One thing with larger 5th wheels is the frame itself will flex. This is where an extra set near the wheels can be handy to stop the springs from flexing.
How stable you expect determines how many stabilizers you put on.
