The cheapest and most economical are the Bal Locking Arms. I've used these on my last two TT's with great success.

I got a great deal on a set of JT Strong Arms from CW last year $184. We now have no wiggle! The pin box tripods are a waist of money as they do little to nothing to stop wiggle.
