If your stained glass us same size as the old glass, it's pretty easy. I replaced our door glass with a clear, bronzed safety glass. My plastic glass frame was removed by taking out the screws. The frame is two pieces, inside and outside, sealed with putty tape. The putty may hold the frames together, but push and it will release. Remove the old glass and place the new in the inside frame and put on new putty tape to seal. Put in door and the other frame half. Replace screws and enjoy your new window.
