I knew the oldest licensed pilot in the world (at that time), who was finally grounded at 98, though he could still fly with another current pilot in the right seat. He sold his plane to a neighbor when he was 99 with the stipulation that he could go up on his birthday every year after. He did so until he was 104 or 105, when he passed away. Awesome guy, too. Don't know if he RV'd... :-)
