What about the 'big puddle of tranny fluid' when the tow driver unstuck it???
If you've ever tried to back your fifth wheel up a long hill, you'd have seen this phenomenon first-hand. It's extra fun when the fluid hits your exhaust pipe and you think your truck is on fire.
Once the trans calms down and cools down, it goes right back to normal.
