Wow, what a headache. It was enough of an ordeal when I had a Popup camper stolen from our yard. Took months to settle with the insurance company. The camper was never found.
If someone stole my truck, I'd hope that it was never returned. Simply take the insurance money and put it towards a new one. Gawd only knows what they did with it, and I'd never completely trust it again.
But it's good they are going through it. Hopefully they will fix everything to your satisfaction. The dirtbags that stole it will get caught sooner or later. If not for this crime, then maybe the next. Karma has a way of getting even...
