Automotive wheel won't work on trailer axles. Generally automotive wheels have a small center hole for hub centers and a way too much offset.
You will have to use trailer wheels for trailer axles. The center hole is larger for clearance plus they will have the necessary zero offset as trailer hubs/bearing 6k axles require.
