every time we get to a new town I scan the TV channels on bedroom and living room TVs in my 5er,but each TV has different channels when I go to watch tv.I only have one antenna on the roof.any idea wh...

BOTH sets should find the same number of the strongest signals.
Then one might find fewer of the weak ones.
But if the lists are entirely different between the two, something really odd is going on.
My only idea is: Do each scan with the other TV OFF.
