Stuck along a fence

39.9 ft fifth wheeler. FIRST time drivers. Getting dark, unable to manage the TINY back up space at the storage facility. Now we move to get out of the facility and find ourselves unable to maneuver around the TINY...(did I mention TINY?) drive to even exit. So we begin to back up... right up close to the fence on the right hand side of the camper.
Vehicle is slightly angled and we are unable to straighten to back straight out. Turn right? Back end goes toward the fence. Turn left? Front side turns to the fence.

This fence is really a problem and I don’t believe they will let us cut the dang thing down.

Any ideas? For the night we just unhooked it and left it literally near the fence.

  • If it went in without hitting the fence, it can come out without hitting the fence. But it may take a really skilled person to do it.
  • There is probably a helpful, most of us are, fifth wheel owner near you that will maneuver your fiver out and back in if you are staying.
