Stupidity leads to overflowing Grey Water inside trailer

This question is an admittance to stupidity but I blame it only on myself. Last weekend we were getting ready to wrap up a weekend, load and go home. I wanted some extra water in the grey tank to help...

my stupid thing was with the black tank not the grey. I was dumping one day in Yuma and left to do something else and left the black tank valve open, yep got a pyramid and had to use digestive additive to get it soften up so I could dump again. that's enough
