Companies like ServiceMaster and Servpro use Heat, Air Movement and a Dehumidifier after a water loss in a home to dry it out, along the way, they take moisture readings in the effected areas and non effected so they know they have accomplished getting it dried out. They also deal with Grey and Black water the same way, in bunny suits, etc when in the area. Any scratch on your skin and let bacteria into your system and should be avoided.
I would also check under your trailer to see if the insulation has any moisture by pulling some screws from the Coraplast, if it is moist, remove it all other wise you could be dealing with a mold issue down the road.
