You first have to determine what exactly retail price is? Since unlike the auto industry RV mfgs do not post a MSRP price sticker on new vehicles the retail price can be anything a dealer wants it to be. Now, let the games begin! Once you find what you think you want, start hy offering 50% of their starting price. Be prepared to walk out several times. Ending up around 35% off their original asking price seems pretty reasonable unless their starting price was unrealistic to begin with.
