The 7.3 PSD in a F250 has several HP numbers up to 275 depending on year model.
'94-'97 = 215 hp
'99.....= 235
'02-'03 = 250 auto
...........275 manual.
Not a big power house on hp but the later models with 250-275 hp and over 500 ft lbs with the right gearing should have no issues pulling 11K-12K unless the truck is loaded down with heavy extras.
