After reading the old posts on ZEP or red max I can only tell what I know for our alpenlite. Red max pro or zep will go yellow on a white gel coat. the trailer in the zep pictures are not white but a almond like color. Zep stripper will damage the decals. Best to use the poli glow stripper as it works better and no damage to decals. All of this I know for a fact for us. Poli glow needs to be done every year as I have done and will in a few months at home.
I will wash with their prep using a hand glove and 2 coats of poli glow. I get so many great comments at our rv resort on How does your 2001 alpenlite look so great. The hard work is in the beginning removing the wax build up from many hard days of waxing. No more hard work and a better looking rv. I started with red max pro and use it or zep and learn what I know. Red max to my knowledge is not made but the zep is the same company. A very damaged fifth for fading is very close to us and he has done most of his tan now color and it is brown like it was made in 2014 using poli glow.
