A few statements are just not right. It's very easy to service. As far as adjusting the bolt to start clunking our of probably 5 years I think it has been done twice. Very easy to hook up to. I do agree it takes up some space, but it's OK. A little slip plate and I'm ready to go. Ordered some off of Amazon and it came in yesterday. It is a very good hitch. I've had zero problems
