I've had this happen to my triple axle toyhauler once before too. It sounds like your rear equalizers flipped themselves when you were doing the leaf springs. This happened on mine when I lifted the RV with my levelers and let the axles hang while rotating tires. I was able to lift the rear of the RV with my leveling jacks and pull the rear axle back enough that the equalizers righted themselves. Keep your hands clear of the equalizers, when the flip back they do so with a bang. I was also told by the XLR factory manager that you can right them also by just raising the front end of the coach up as far as it will go with the front jacks. I don't know how that could possibly work, I haven't tried it, but that's what I was told. If you could post pictures of your front and rear equalizers, I could confirm if the rears are flipped over.
I've seen this on a two axle before.
