Mostly boondocking. Just two of us. 2 full sized cruisers. Ramp will be an issue because both bikes have low clearance so we will have to add to the ramp. Definitely separate garage.
If you want a separate garage, fifth wheel is your best option. And not really possible to find one for 30k unless you go a used 10 year old one. Even then maybe not. New 21 foot bumper pulls without a separate garage you can't find for 30k anymore.
