I have a different take on understanding your problem. As I read your post, the brackets of the valve housing broke so that the valve assembly is intact, just the "ears" that bolt to the frame. You could try a plastic epoxy repair. Clean all grease and "crap" from the housing, mix up a liberal amount of the epoxy and re-bond the mounting ear to the valve. Use lots of epoxy, way more than you think is necessary, and if you want to, after the first treatment has fully cures, add more. When fully cured, usually within 24 hours, re-drill the mounting holes, file if necessary to make it flat where it mounts to the RV frame. If I misunderstood the breakage, my apologies.
