I have the Custom Flow. We really like it. Quality build. Nice fit and finish. Makes hook up easier (good visualization). By all means get the locking version. Would not change a thing if I had a do-over. I have wasted wheel-barrows full of cash on "RV" must -haves... this is not
one I feel I wasted cash on. Good luck.
BTW.. I live in a high tailgate theft region... replacement costs are steep for Silverado color matched tailgates... mine is now securely stashed. (if you've ever had your tailgate kyped you already know... after market buying back of your gate is double-ing down on your loss).
