Teflon disc attachment ideas?

Get rid of the disc and put this on the hitch. I did on mine and it works fine and always stays in place. Many of the transporters for the factories out of Elkhart, IN use them so they have the grease free plate no matter what they hook up to. The pic shows my Trailer Saver hitch with the plate and there is no clearance issue.
