Riley Ranch is great! Dune access is easy and clearly marked from the campground to the dunes but as with any dune access in this area you will need to pay attention to the surroundings or use GPS to find your way back to the access bridge.
The road in and through the park is relatively narrow but one way so you should not have to contend with oncoming traffic. That said the sites are wide and if you have any experience with backing in you should be fine. We have never gone at peak season or holidays but I can imagine if you arrive during prime arrival hours the road in could be congested with others accessing their sites.
