TH for a family of 4 and NO off road toys - Yes - No?

When shopping you might want to watch that mine and most of the new ones that I have seen have 1 real bed that goes up, the lower one is 2 couches that fold out so you can add a table and have a dining setup back there. the lower unit is the dining/couches and is very uncomfortable for a adult.
