What part of KC do you need to be close to? Watkins Mill State Park is about 25 miles or so NE of Worlds of Fun. The campground in Liberty is Millers Kampark? Smithville Lake (Crows Creek Campground) is probably 20-25 miles north of WF. Watkins and Crows Creek will have water turned off but electric will be on. Water available at dump station both parks. Don't know much about Millers.
