We stayed 1 time at Campus. Mother in law lived in the Northeast Area so it was just down 24/Winner Road. Campus was in town, and we thought it was inconvienent. Took longer to get thru Independence stop lights and traffic than traveling the good hiways out of Basswood back to the city. Smithville lake is a little further out. We have stayed there in the Summer, its really nice, but add another 20 minutes....
